This agreement is a contract between you (the “customer”) and Rosa Glen Farm which operates under the West Australian Liquor License number: 618220371023 and owns the website www.rosaglenfarm.com and is the supplier of wines via the website. All orders are processed and distributed by Rosa Glen Farm. Our offers are transmitted from our licensed premises at 115 Bridgelands Road, Rosa Glen, WA, 6285 Persons under 18 years of age are not permitted to place orders for alcohol. www.rosaglenfarm.com supports the responsible service of alcohol. The terms and conditions under which you may purchase products from www.rosaglenfarm.com are set out below. Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before placing your order with www.rosaglenfarm.com.

PURCHASE ORDERS & DELIVERY OF GOODS

Delivery Area

Rosa Glen Farm provides delivery of goods across Australia, currently we do not ship to international markets.

Authorised Receipt of Goods

Anyone at the Delivery Address who receives the Goods shall be presumed by Rosa Glen Farm to be authorised to receive the Goods on your behalf. Under law, alcoholic beverages can only be sold or supplied to persons aged 18 years of age or over. By placing an order, the buyer confirms they are at least 18 years of age. If buying wine as a gift, the recipient must also be at least 18 years of age.

RISK AND TITLE

Upon delivery of the goods to the customers chosen address, the risk and title of the goods passes to the customer.

Returns and Refunds

If you are not satisfied with the quality of the Goods you have received from Rosa Glen Farm you must contact us either by email (hello@rosaglenfarm.com) or by mobile on (+61) 0447 643 431 within 21 days of receipt of goods.

Returns: Where wine is to be returned Rosa Glen Farm will arrange to collect the wine from the buyer at a mutually convenient time. The buyer must keep the wine in a safe and proper manner and take reasonable care of it; wine should be returned in its original packaging or packed to avoid breakage during transport back to Rosa Glen Farm. Refunds: If a refund of product is deemed reasonably appropriate by Rosa Glen Farm, Rosa Glen Farm will refund the purchase price within 7 days of return of product to the Rosa Glen Farm.

PRICE OF GOODS & PAYMENT

Price of Goods

The price the customer will pay for goods ordered is the price specified on the product list plus delivery fees to ship the goods to the specified destination. All prices quoted are in Australian Dollars and include GST. Price variations do occur, the price paid will be the price quoted on the date of order.

Method of Payment

Transaction payments can be completed wholly online at www.rosaglenfarm.com. Payment must be received in full prior to goods being dispatched.
